The Waygo API is available as a RESTful JSON API, or as an iOS or Android SDK, and it allows you to:
- perform state-of-the-art real-time OCR,
- detect the position of text in images,
- translate text between any of the supported languages,
- replace text in images with the translated version.
The Waygo SDK can be used completely offline, and in real-time, which makes it perfect for smartphones and augmented reality devices. We currently support Chinese, Japanese, Korean, English and Spanish text, and can add further support on request.
